NEWS - 30 May 2009

Well, well, well despite our gig at the eccentrically named Images Nightclub being cancelled, we are happy to say we have another couple of gigs lined up for you. Tickets can be gotten from ourselves or at the door.

We had a wee band weekend away which was very enjoyable. We spent our time rehearsing, writing and perfecting new songs whilst still catching the footy and enjoy a wee apperatif'. We went to a crackin wee place on the banks of Loch Fyne. We were lucky enough to get some dry weather and the chickens and pigs there entertained us greatly. Check it out at Sound Accommodation

NEWS - 14 April 2009

Hey guys n gals

Just letting you know that the promise of gigging again in June has been kept by our good selves. We start off in Images in Lanark on Friday 5th June which we are really looking forward to. It'll be great to play outside the big smoke and get a whole new crowd. Be sure to tell anyone you know in the area (or not) to come along and see us and some other great live bands. 'Mon everyone...get out there and support great live music.

Tickets will be available shortly from the bands or on the night.

NEWS - 17 March 2009

Hi Sozettes. Thanks for your support at the Ferry gig. We had a good night as did the other bands and bar staff apparently!

At the moment we are having small rest due to work commitments and the insanity of moving house. However, to recover from this we are having a May weekend away full of jamming, irrelevant chat, drink and debauchery! We're going to use the time to perfect our new tunes, write more splendid new tunes and in general have a damn fine time.

After that we will be playing on The Ferry again (June tbc), recording one or more new tunes and will be looking for other gigs to play. So as you can see, it might seem like we're quiet but we never really are.

NEWS - 2 January 2009

Hey to all

Happy New Year and other festive salutations.

We're looking forward to our first gig of the year at The Ferry on Saturday 24th January 2009. Although we played last year, we are looking forward to doing 'our' gig this time. Although The Vox Populi have pulled out, we are still really looking forward to it and as it's such a good venue and such good bands playing we know you will enjoy it too.

Our buddies Debutante will be there. They are a great duo who play some up-lifting electro-indie music. They are sound dudes as well so get there early to catch them.

Spyders are the other confirmed band at the mo. They sway from being a Clash tribute band to their own eight-legged material and should highlight both at the gig. They are a solid unit and again don't miss them.

As for the last band...well we'll see.

We really hope to see you there. Tickets are a snip at £5 and can be gotten from any of the bands or by visiting the store and you can get them sent out to you.

Hope everyone reading this is having a fab day and we hope to see you at The Ferry.
